Nous allons en effet accentuer la <strong>standardisation<\/strong> dans <strong>tous<\/strong> ses <strong>aspects<\/strong> \u00e0 travers la <strong>ligne de production<\/strong> et donc \u00e0 fortiori dans la <strong>proc\u00e9dure d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne<\/strong> et de <strong>d\u00e9sinfection<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>D\u00e9sinfection manuelle vs. erreur humaine<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui nous voyons beaucoup de proc\u00e9dures relatives \u00e0 l&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne qui se font <strong>manuellement<\/strong> et qui par cons\u00e9quent entra\u00eenent des <strong>d\u00e9savantages importants<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:left;\">Le fait que chaque surface ne pourra pas \u00eatre trait\u00e9e;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:left;\">L&rsquo;impossibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9liminer tous les <strong>r\u00e9sidus<\/strong> apr\u00e8s un <strong>rin\u00e7age manuel<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:left;\">Le <strong>risque<\/strong> d&rsquo;<strong>erreurs humaines<\/strong> dans un <strong>environnement critique<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:left;\">Le manque de reproductibilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><em>Et que fait-on avec les absences du personnel charg\u00e9 du nettoyage? Est-ce qu\u2019un nettoyage et une d\u00e9sinfection toute aussi pr\u00e9cise y trouveront-elle place? Y-a-t-il suffisamment de support pendant ces absences?  <\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>La croissance des micro-organismes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Dans l\u2019industrie alimentaire il est d\u2019une <strong>importance capitale<\/strong> d\u2019<strong>\u00e9viter<\/strong> la <strong>croissance<\/strong> des <strong>micro-organismes<\/strong> (<strong>bact\u00e9ries<\/strong>, <strong>virus<\/strong>, <strong>champignons<\/strong>, <strong>moisissures<\/strong> et des <strong>spores<\/strong>) en <strong>respectant<\/strong> les <strong>proc\u00e9dures<\/strong> <strong>strictes<\/strong> de <strong>nettoyage<\/strong> et de <strong>d\u00e9sinfection<\/strong>. Mais est-ce que l\u2019automatisation pourrait jouer un r\u00f4le dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis? <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Automatisation vs. <a href=\"http:\/\/medtradex.com\/be-fr\/industrie\/product\/50-chaine-alimentaire-desinfection-nocotech?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Optimisation des proc\u00e9dures<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">En effet, il est possible d&rsquo;<strong>automatiser<\/strong> certaines proc\u00e9dures cruciales dans le processus de production tel que la <strong>d\u00e9sinfection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">L\u00e0 o\u00f9 on omet parfois la <strong>d\u00e9sinfection manuelle<\/strong> car <strong>trop complexe<\/strong> ou par <strong>manque<\/strong> de <strong>temps<\/strong> et qu\u2019en plus la d\u00e9sinfection manuelle ne parvient jamais \u00e0 d\u00e9sinfecter toutes les surfaces (dessous de table, robinets, commandes de machines), il semble attrayant de donner un <strong>r\u00f4le cl\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 la <a href=\"http:\/\/medtradex.com\/be-fr\/industrie\/product\/50-chaine-alimentaire-desinfection-nocotech?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>d\u00e9sinfection enti\u00e8rement automatique<\/strong><\/a> qui traitera ainsi <strong>tout l\u2019environnement<\/strong> du site de production.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/medtradex.com\/be-fr\/industrie\/product\/50-chaine-alimentaire-desinfection-nocotech?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lire plus<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans l\u2019industrie alimentaire, il est crucial d\u2019\u00e9viter la croissance des micro-organismes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9sinfection.
