La contamination fongique est alors trait\u00e9e avant qu\u2019elle ne se manifeste. Une intervention pr\u00e9ventive vous \u00e9vite une date de <strong>p\u00e9remption<\/strong> raccourcie et les <strong>retours<\/strong>, sans parler des <strong>d\u00e9g\u00e2ts concernant votre r\u00e9putation<\/strong>. Garder votre production sans moisissures vous assure \u00e9galement que la <strong>date limite de consommation (DLC)<\/strong> de chaque produit puisse \u00eatre prolong\u00e9e.   <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"color:#9a4856;\"><strong>Combattre efficacement si n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00c9viter une moisissure dans une production peut, dans un premier temps, \u00eatre fait avec <strong>un bon nettoyage et une d\u00e9sinfection appropri\u00e9e<\/strong>. C\u2019est ici que se pose souvent le probl\u00e8me. De <strong>nombreux<\/strong> <strong>produits<\/strong> sur le march\u00e9 vont combattre la contamination <strong>bact\u00e9rienne<\/strong>, mais ne sont<strong> pas efficaces contre les moisissures<\/strong>.
